Dr. Veronica is a certified General, Endocrine, and Breast Surgeon based at Addis Ababa, Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital . A dedicated and skilled surgeon, committed to advancing breast cancer surgical practices and improving patient outcomes in her country. Dr. Veronica actively participates in breast surgical activities, clinical research, and quality improvement programs, while also engaging in teaching and leadership roles. She became a fellow of the College of Surgeons East, Central and Southern Africa (COSECSA) after winning a scholarship from the American College of Surgeons. She has played a key role in establishing Ethiopia's first One Stop Breast Cancer Center and is involved in training healthcare professionals in clinical breast examination and screening. A member of several local and international surgical associations, including American College of Surgeons (ACS), College of Surgeons of East, Central and Southern Africa (COSECSA) . Dr Veronica has published two research papers with three more in progress.

Dr. Melkau brings over 7 years of extensive experience in internal medicine and endocrinology. A true leader in his field, Dr. Melkau served as the founding executive director for endocrinology and metabolism of Ethiopia. He has also played a vital role as the CPD director for the Ethiopian Society of Internal Medicine. Dr. Melkau is not only a passionate clinician but also a dedicated researcher, actively contributing to academic engagements and publications.
